Molecular Cytogenetic Laboratory
The laboratory performs:
- Cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic diagnosis for patients with suspicion to the most frequent chromosomal diseases and molecular cytogenetic diagnostics for patients with chromosomal pathology;
- Molecular genetic diagnosis of patients with suspected hereditary and congenital diseases, including hereditary forms of cancer, as well as family members of patients with monogenic hereditary pathology and possible carriers of congenital and hereditary diseases.
