XIX Scientific and Practical Neuro-Ophthalmological Conference "Actual Issues of Neuro-ophthalmology"
On January 25, 2019, the XIX Scientific and Practical Neuro-Ophthalmological Conference "Actual Issues of Neuro-Ophthalmology" was held in Moscow.
Focus areas of the research program were topical issues of neuro-ophthalmology: cranio-orbital vascular pathology, tumors, injuries, treatment and diagnosis of the visual pathways diseases, fundamental problems of retinal pathology, and genetic aspects in ophthalmology.
Professor Zinchenko R.A., Doctor of medical science, Head of the FSBI RCMG Genetic Epidemiology Laboratory, and Kadyshev V.V., Candidate of medical science, the Laboratory senior researcher, et al., made an oral presentation: “A gene-phenotypic portrait of retinitis pigmentosa and cone-rod retinal dystrophy with genes mutations which impairments were described for congenital stationary night blindness (a description of clinical cases)”.
The Conference participants expressed great interest in the presentation.
