RCMG Scientists will Lecture at the All-Russian Festival «NAUKA 0+»

The «NAUKA 0+» festival has been held since 2006. Its organizers: Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, Government of Moscow, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, with the support of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The festival takes place in all major regions of Russia. Popular science lectures are delivered by world-renowned scientists and leading Russian experts. The festival includes master classes for children, interactive exhibitions and competitions.

Lectures of the Festival «NAUKA 0+» are intended for the widest audience. Their goal is to tell the society what scientists are doing, how the scientific search improves the quality of life and what the prospects of science are.

The Research Centre for Medical Genetics traditionally participates in the lecture programme.

On October 9, we invite everyone to the Shuvalov Corps of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov at: Auditorium B5, 27 Lomonosovsky Avenue, Corp. 4. Entry is free.  

As a part of the Festival will perform:

  • Svetlana Smirnikhina, Head of the genome editing laboratory at RCMG. Scientific and popular lecture «Genomic editing: present and future» Lecture is at 13:00
  • Vladimir Strelnikov, Head of epigenetics laboratory at RCMG. Scientific and popular lecture «Epigenetic portrait of cancer tumor». Lecture is at 14:00

Everyone will have an opportunity to put a question after the lecture.
