Skin fibroblasts from a patient with developmental delay and 2p25.3-p23.3 inverted duplication in karyotype in combination with 2p25.3 deletion were reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) having received the clonal stem cell line ICAGi001-A (iTAF9-11) that was a good model for studying of in vitro processes leading to psychomotor developmental delay.
