On 26 May, the Congress of Laboratory Medicine will host an oncogenetics section involving the FSBI RCMG researchers
The First National Congress with international involvement on fundamental laboratory diagnostics problems "Academy of Laboratory Medicine: the most recent advances" together with the exhibition "LabExpo-2021" will take place in Moscow 25-27 May at the Crocus Expo. On the second day of the Congress on May 26, the Head of the IH&AVE FSBI RCMG Oncogenetics Department will present a plenary report, followed by section "Oncogenetics advances: trends and prospects" (moderators D.S. Mikhailenko, V.V. Strelnikov). The FSBI RCMG researchers A.N. Tulpakov, T.V. Kekeyeva, K.O. Karandysheva, M.V. Nemtsova, K.I. Anoshkin, E.O. Ignatova, and E.A. Alexeeva along with other speakers will make presentations on the results of their research and experience in molecular genetic diagnosis. Their reports will focus on current issues of determining germinal and somatic mutations in tumors and clinical interpretation of test results. Oncogenetic part of the Congress will interest the laboratory diagnostics specialists (doctors - laboratory geneticists), oncologists and other experts who are engaged in molecular diagnostics of oncological diseases or use the results of genetic tests in their work.
