The Research Centre for Medical Genetics was declared the winner in the competition aimed at the bioresource collection development
The Bochkov Research Centre for Medical Genetics was recognized as a winner in the competition for grants to implement certain activities under the Federal Scientific and Technical Program for the Development of Genetic Technologies for 2019 - 2027. The goal of the Project is the network Centre creation for collective use of a bio-resource collection of biological samples of the genetic diseases patients in the area of genetic technologies for medicine. The Network Centre for Collective Use "National Collection of Biological Samples of Hereditary Diseases" will combine the RCMG and the Tomsk Research Center biological collections, acting as a co-executor of the project. Sergey Kutsev, the RCMG Director, headed the Project.
